APOTHEOSIS OF THE KREMLIN
“If there is Putin, there is Russia, if there is no Putin, there is no Russia” - this phrase is very popular in Russia among Putin activists. The painting “APOTHEOSIS OF THE KREMLIN” by Rudy Krymsky reflects the literal meaning of this phrase – the inglorious death of Putin and the end of Russia as a result of his activities. The artist depicts millions of skulls near the Kremlin walls as an allegory of the death of the Russian population who died during the years of Putin's rule. The destroyed walls and towers of the Kremlin indicate the decline of the Russian economy. The skeleton of Putin rises above the terrible apocalyptic landscape, symbolizing the futility of all his efforts to revive the Russian empire.
Among the results of Putin's dictatorial regime are constant wars, corruption, genocide and mass murder of the population, mass emigration of Russian citizens to other countries, economic decline and other negative "achievements". This allegory may well turn out to be reality, given that Russia's population will steadily decline in current and future military conflicts, including war in Ukraine.

Statistics of Russian military losses show that the ratio of Russians killed is 3-5 times higher than Ukrainians. Putin underestimated the fighting spirit of Ukrainians, their reluctance to put up with the occupation, as well as the reaction of the world community, which condemned his aggression. The Russians also did not take into account the combat capabilities of the Ukrainian army, which is supplied with weapons from NATO countries. So there is every reason to believe that the number of Russian deaths will steadily increase.
International sanctions imposed against Russia have significantly weakened its economic potential. Along with this, Russia is forced to spend huge amounts of money on weapons and support for the war. As a result, the standard of living of Russians will rapidly deteriorate. The population cannot afford quality medical services and medicines. People are subject to frequent stress and depression, which leads to alcohol and drug abuse. An increase in crime has been recorded throughout Russia. The birth rate has sharply decreased due to the uncertainty and uncertainty of young people about the future, which, coupled with the increase in mortality among older people, negatively affects the demography in Russia.
Well, according to these results, it is very likely that Rudy Krymsky depicted the near future of Russia in the picture.
